NOTICE OF MINOR, NONSUBSTANTIVE CORRECTION

The Health Care Authority gives Notice of a Minor, Non-substantive Correction to the emergency rules:

8.369.2 NMAC – Regulations Governing Residential Shelter Care Facilities for Children,

8.369.3 NMAC – Certification Requirements for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, and

8.369.4 NMAC – Licensing Requirements for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Facilities

Pursuant to the authority granted under State Rules Act, Subsection D of Section 14-4-3 NMSA 1978, please note that the following minor, non-substantive corrections to spelling, grammar and format have been made to all electronic copies of the above rule, as follows:
