After a hearing on April 13, 2026, pursuant to 1.24.9 NMAC, the Office of the Attorney General repealed 12.2.4 NMAC – Requirements for the Advertising and Sale of Motor Vehicles, filed and recompiled on 10/15/2001, and replaced that rule with 12.2.4 NMAC – Requirements for the Advertising and Sale of Motor Vehicles, effective September 9, 2026.
