The Health Care
Authority (HCA), having been granted authority by the Children, Youth and
Families Department and by virtue of the statutory authority and jurisdiction
given to the HCA, hereby makes the following emergency repeals of CYFD
rules within Title 7 of the New Mexico Administrative Code. The repealed Title 7 rules will be replaced
with new rules in Title 8, and there are no changes to programs or services.
The Health Care Authority approved the repeal of 7.8.3
NMAC - Regulations Governing Residential Shelter Care Facilities for Children
filed 4/30/2001 and Replaced by 8.369.2 NMAC, Regulations Governing Residential
Shelter Care Facilities for Children effective 7/1/2026.
The Health Care Authority approved the repeal of 7.20.11
NMAC - Certification Requirements for Child and Adolescent Mental Health
Services filed 4/19/2022 and Replaced by 8.369.3 NMAC, Certification
Requirements for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services effective 7/1/2026.
The Health Care Authority approved the repeal of 7.20.12
NMAC - Licensing Requirements for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Facilities
filed 12/14/1998 and Replaced by 8.369.4 NMAC, Licensing Requirements for Child
and Adolescent Mental Health Facilities effective 7/1/2026.
