OF WITHDRAWAL
The
New Mexico Health Care Authority (HCA) published a Notice of Rulemaking in the
New Mexico Register Volume XXXVII, Issue 5, dated March 10, 2026. The public hearing was held on April 10, 2026,
to obtain input on New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC) 8.308.21, Managed Care Program,
Quality Management.
Based on comments
received, the HCA is withdrawing the proposed NMAC changes.
