The New Mexico Department of Health approved the repeal of its rule 7.5.3 NMAC - Exemption From School, Childcare, and Pre-School Immunization (filed 11/15/2013) and replaced it with 7.5.3 NMAC - Exemption From School, Childcare, and Pre-School Immunization adopted on 6/11/2026, and effective 7/14/2026.
