13.10.27 NMAC, Uniform Definitions and Standardized Methodologies for Calculating the Medical Loss Ratio, was filed November 30, 2012, with certain sections amended August 1, 2020. The Superintendent of Insurance approved repealing and replacing 13.10.27 NMAC, after hearing held on January 13, 2026, and after extended comment period and consideration of additional requested public comments, in her Final Order dated June 11, 2026. The repeal and replace are effective on June 23, 2026.
