At its public hearing on June 8, 2026, the Department of Workforce Solutions repealed its rule 11.1.3 NMAC entitled Labor and Workers Compensation; Labor General Provisions; Public Works Apprenticeship and Training Act Policy Manual, and replaced it with 11.1.3 NMAC - Public Works Apprenticeship and Training Act Policy Manual, effective June 23, 2026.
