The New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration approved the repeal of 2.110.3 NMAC, Law Enforcement Protection Fund Distribution filed 12/27/2017 and replaced it with 2.110.3 NMAC, Law Enforcement Protection Fund Distribution adopted 7/13/2026, effective 7/28/2026.
