The New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department approved, at its 8/27/2026 hearing, to repeal its rules 3.9.2 NMAC - Shipment of Unstamped Cigarettes in New Mexico (filed 12/1/2000) and replace it with, 3.9.2 NMAC - Shipment of Unstamped Cigarettes in New Mexico effective 9/22/2026.
