The New Mexico Health Care Authority approved the repeal of 8.350.4 NMAC, Reconsideration of Utilization Review, Reconsideration of Audit Settlements (filed 12/16/2002) and replaced it with 8.350.4 NMAC, Reconsideration of Utilization Review, Reconsideration of Audit Settlements (adopted on August 25, 2026), effective September 1, 2026.
