13.21.2 NMAC, Qualifications and Admissions, was originally filed on April 30, 2019, and was repealed and replaced effective January 1, 2022. The Superintendent of Insurance approved repealing 13.21.2 NMAC on an emergency basis by approving the filing of a Notice of Emergency Repeal. The repeal is effective upon the date stamped by the Administrative Law Division on August 27, 2026.
