The New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration approved the repeal of 3 NMAC 6.50, Procedures For County Treasurers filed 6/24/1998, and replaced it with 3.6.50 NMAC, Procedures For County Treasurers adopted 7/13/2026, effective 7/28/2026.
