The New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department approved, at its 8/27/2026 hearing, to repeal its rules 3.1.2 NMAC, Tax Administration - Promulgation of Regulations filed 12/15/2000 and replace it with 3.1.2 NMAC, Tax Administration - Promulgation of Regulations effective 9/22/2026.
