The New Mexico Department of Health approved the repeal of its rule 7.5.5 NMAC - New Mexico Statewide Immunization Registry (filed 10/11/2018) and replaced it with 7.5.5 NMAC - New Mexico Statewide Immunization Registry adopted on 1/9/2026, and effective 01/27/2026.
