The Regents of New Mexico State University, approved at its 10/01/2026 meeting, to repeal rule 21.18.3 NMAC – Commercial Feeds, filed 9/30/2013, and replace it with 21.18.3 NMAC-Commercial Feeds, adopted on 10/01/2026, and effective 10/20/2026.

The Regents of New Mexico State University approved, at its 10/01/2026 meeting, to repeal rule 21.17.27 NMAC – Japanese Beetle Exterior Quarantine, filed 6/30/2011, and replace it with 21.17.27 NMAC- Japanese Beetle Exterior Quarantine, adopted on 10/01/2026 and effective 9/01/2027.
