The New Mexico Department of Health approved the repeal of its rule 7.5.4 NMAC - Vaccine Purchasing Fund (filed 8/17/2015) and replaced it with 7.5.4 NMAC - Vaccine Purchasing Fund adopted on 6/11/2026, and effective 7/14/2026.
