The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission approved, on 8/14/2026, the repeal of its rule 17.9.573 NMAC - Community Solar (filed 7/12/2022) and replaced it with 17.9.573 NMAC - Community Solar (adopted on 8/14/2026 and effective 9/9/2026).
