The New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department repeals its rule 8.10.5 NMAC Comprehensive Addictions and Recovery Act (CARA) Guidelines, (filed 2/22/2022), so as not to conflict with the New Mexico Health Care Authority rule 8.3.2 NMAC Plan of Safe Care for Substance-Exposed Infants (filed 7/1/2026).
