minimum standards for the installation of plumbing and mechanical systems for swimming
pools, spas and hot tubs in New Mexico.

14.8.3.8 ADOPTION OF THE 2024 UNIFORM
SWIMMING POOL, SPA, AND HOT TUB CODE:
A. This rule adopts by
reference the 2024 USPSHTC, as amended by this rule.
B. In this rule,
each provision is numbered to correspond with the numbering of the USPSHTC.
C. This rule shall apply in conjunction with the provisions
of all applicable New Mexico construction codes, laws and standards.
